Our Promise

We want you to love your OPUS products. If something is not right, we make returns simple. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused products in their original packaging. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date. 
• Unused and unopened, in its original packaging. 
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase. 

Items that are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Gift cards. 
• Items marked final sale or purchased during clearance events, where noted at checkout. 

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@opushealthandwellness.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at info@opushealthandwellness.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
